America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), Sr. Program Manager  Washington , D.C.

  • Developed education programs focused on key issues, trends, and information related to the delivery, operation and financing of managed healthcare. Responsibilities included: research and creation of program objectives and content; speaker recruitment; publishing of materials, and marketing and overall program management. Responsibilities included large (500+ attendees) conferences focusing on Medicaid- and health IT-related topics.

  • Established and maintained centralized database tracking federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, legislation and technology trends for Medicaid programs.
